Mr. AU Wai-kwong Elvis, BBS, is the Former Deputy Director of the Environmental Protection Department of HKSAR Government. Mr. Au has over 37 years of experience in various environmental and energy fields. He is the former President of the International Association for Impact Assessment and the former Chairman of the Environmental Division of Hong Kong Institution of Engineers ( HKIE). He is a Fellow of Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, Fellow of Hong Kong Institute of Planners, Founding Fellow of Hong Kong Institution of Environmental Impact Assessment, a Founding Fellow of Hong Kong Institution of Qualified Environmental Professionals, and a Fellow of Hong Kong Institute of Acoustics .
