In 2022, the Division of Public Policy (PPOL) launched the Public Policy Fellowship Program to support outstanding students from around the world to pursue taught postgraduate programs in public policy and management at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST).
The Fellowship is open to eligible applicants from all countries; we especially welcome applicants from the Belt and Road countries. The Fellowship will cover the full tuition fees and provide an annual allowance. The Fellows should not concurrently hold any other scholarship, fellowship, or award.
Eligible applicants admitted to the Master of Public Policy (MPP) and Master of Public Management (MPM) will be evaluated for the fellowship based on academic and professional achievements, contribution to cultural diversity and quality of the class learning environment, leadership potential, and commitment to good governance. No separate application is required.
Remarks: The fellowship program is subject to the university's final approval.
